As soon as we received the brief from Housing Solutions for a Surveying Services Manager, we knew it would be the right role for our candidate Richard. His experience matched exactly what the client was looking for, and it was much more local than his previous role. After speaking with Richard we sent his CV for the role. But lockdown took over and the role was put on hold. Richard had to bear with us and trust in our experience to manage the client relationship. In August the recruitment got back on track and Richard was interviewed on 12th August. The wait was definitely worth it and he started his new role on 14th September.
