West Kent Housing was looking for an Asbestos Compliance Lead. They had worked with a managed
recruitment service but struggled to fill the role. They had seen CVs and interviewed candidates, but
none of them were suitable as they lacked the specific experience required in this technical position.
Their brief was for us to try and help where other agencies couldn’t.
As a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to the property services sector, we already knew the
perfect candidate. They were already registered with us and we had been in regular contact to

candidate that genuinely had the specific, practical asbestos experience our client required.
