Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Property Services Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London.

What the job will be doing

  • Day to day repairs and voids – placing orders, using SoR, checking orders including post inspections, and signing off for payment
  • Staff management (team of two)
  • Budget Management
  • Customer service – getting back to people, keeping them informed, dealing with complaints
  • Contract management
  • Dealing with disrepair claims
  • IT literate – MS Word/Excel/Outlook Essential, Teams/Zoom and ideally SDM experience or similar
