Brook has been with Marks Consulting Partners for 3.5 years, originally joining the Regeneration & Development desk before moving to the Property & Surveying desk, covering the South East. Recently promoted to Team Lead, she brings a strong work ethic, determination and plenty of energy to the team.

But Brook doesn’t just shine in recruitment. She’s also our (self-appointed and much-loved) Social Media Manager, a role she may secretly prefer! Brook runs all of our social media channels and is the creative force behind the engaging videos that have gained over 3million views and helped us attract new talent.

Matthew joined Marks Consulting Partners eight years ago as a trainee with zero experience, unless you count trying to convince his mates to play golf with him as headhunting. Fast forward to today, Matthew is now an Associate Director specialising in the property and surveying industry, helping public sector client’s source technical candidates.

With a degree in Psychology, he likes to think he has a decent read on people. And this does show with how closely he works with his clients and candidates to make recruiting as smooth as possible.

Joshua studied Law at University and was for 12 years a Parish Councillor in his hometown of Milton Keynes chairing the organisation for 8 years.

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Projects Contracts Manager to work with one of our Council clients in South London.

What the job will be doing?

We are looking for someone who has social housing experience, who has managed procurement in this environment (end to end) and has experience in contract managing a contractor preferably in a fire safety or compliance environment.

The Special Projects Contract Manager will lead the delivery and management of high-risk, safety-critical contracts relating to external wall systems (EWS) across a large residential portfolio. The role will oversee exploratory and investigative works to support building safety compliance, risk mitigation, and remediation strategies, while ensuring robust contract performance, financial control, and legal recovery where applicable.

What you will need?

  • Strong Contracts Manager
  • Procured contracts within the social housing environment
  • Experience in procuring and managing fire safety contracts
