Jake Marks

Director

Recruitment isn't just a job; it's a passion – and one Jake’s been chasing since 2013! After consistently smashing targets placing interim surveyors in the public sector, Jake and his brother decided to take the plunge and launch Marks Consulting Partners in 2015.

More recently, Jake has established a private consultancy desk focusing on permanent recruitment for building and quantity surveyors.

Sadie Haralambous

Recruitment Consultant

Since the change, Sadie has provided a breath of fresh air to an otherwise male-dominated industry.

Lizzie's career took the scenic route to get here. She left London for what was meant to be a couple of months away, and 25 years later she's still gone, having fallen completely in love with South Africa along the way.

In between, she spent years working as a diving instructor, so if anyone in the office knows how to stay calm under pressure, it's her.

These days Lizzie's traded scuba gear for spreadsheets as our Database Administrator, bringing several years of database experience within the recruitment industry to the role.
