Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Neighbourhood Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Kent.
What the job will be doing?
- Deliver a customer focused neighbourhood management service
- manage a patch of properties effectively
- lead and manage low to medium level ASB cases
- support the efficient letting of homes
- work in partnership with the police, local authority, community safety teams and other relevant organisations
- maintain accurate, timely and compliant records, reports and data
- actively support resident engagement and local partnership working
- take accountability for identifying and reporting hazards
- support the annual neighbourhood plan and produce a patch improvement plan
- identify, record and respond to customer complaints in line with policy
What you will need?
- Effective communication skills
- ability to work independently
- strong IT skills
- experience in social housing management (CIH Level 2-4 desirable)
- ability to produce clear written reports
- ability to build and sustain productive relationships
