Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Complaints to work with one of our Housing Association clients in South London.
What the job will be doing?
- mainly stage 1 complaints
- first and last point of contact for complaint and keep them updated on progress of their complaint
- log all complaints, compliments and MP & Councillor enquiries, ensuring that they are investigated/celebrated and resolved in a timely manner and that learning outcomes are identified.
- examine all evidence related to complaints, including information on the CRM system and interview colleagues as appropriate.
What you will need?
- Experience of complaint investigation, handling and resolution
- Understanding of the importance of social housing and commitment to delivering a high quality service
- a focused collaborative approach within a team and wider community.
- a positive approach to excellent customer service.
