Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs Complaint Officer to work with one of our Housing clients in West London.

What the job will be doing

• Review of Repairs Policy
• Review of Complaints Process and SLA’s 
• Complaint Management
• Management of Contractor WIP and development of improvement plan to reduce jobs out of target.
• Analysis of Voids and Repair Costs in line with a PPP contract.
