Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Recruitment Advisor to work with one of our Practice clients in Reading.

What the job will be doing

  • Coordinating and arranging interviews, tracking offers, sending rejections.
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks, processing contracts and organising inductions
  • Supporting the recruiters with advertising vacancies 
  • Send out new starter forms, and support with the on boarding process
  • Maintain and update the tracking campaigns
  • At least 1 year Administration experience
  • Recruitment & HR experience isn’t essential but desirable

What you will need

  • At least 1 year Administration experience
  • Recruitment & HR experience isn’t essential but desirable
  • Understanding of property matters would be ideal
