Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Property Services Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients to cover their East of England patch from Lincolnshire to Kent. 

What the job will be doing

  • Lead, motivate and manage a regional team to deliver a well planned and executed investment programme to meet corporate standards and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver business reports and presentations, representing the Asset Management department at a regional level at a range of meetings and forums.
  • Work with the Head of Property Investment in developing short and long term expenditure plans, utilising viability data, financial modelling to ensure optimum returns on investment.
  • Implement the Asset Management Strategy effectively to deliver cost effective investment across the organisation’s stock that maintains and improves the value of assets and meets / exceeds appropriate standards.

What you will need

  • At least 5 years post qualification experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and contract administration
  • Knowledge of Construction Regulations/Planning procedures including the Building Safety Bill / Act; CDM regulations and other relevant statutory legislation
