A national housing provider is seeking a Programme Director, Plentific Implementation & Adoption to lead a major transformation of its Repairs and Maintenance service. This temporary, full-time assignment offers £800 per day, sits outside IR35 and is expected to last up to 2 years. The programme will combine digital implementation, operating model transformation, supply chain redesign and organisation-wide adoption.
What the job will be doing?
You will take overall accountability for designing, mobilising and delivering a multi-phase national transformation programme. This will include establishing governance, reporting and assurance; defining the delivery model; and managing delivery against agreed time, cost, quality and benefits outcomes. You will lead the implementation of Plentific and its integration with Salesforce and the wider systems architecture, while designing a future-state Repairs and Maintenance operating model. You will also oversee the development of a contractor marketplace, the onboarding of Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, integration of the in-house workforce, and the change strategy needed to embed new ways of working. Key outcomes will include improved customer communication, self-service and appointment management, stronger compliance and auditability, better operational performance and sustainable ownership following completion of the programme.
What you will need?
You will be a senior, outcome-focused Programme Director with experience of delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes. You will need experience within housing, repairs and maintenance, or a similarly complex operational environment, together with a strong background in digital and systems implementation at scale. Experience of working across in-house and contractor delivery models is required, along with expertise in programme governance, commercial and supplier management, benefits realisation, operating model design, and change management and adoption. You must be able to work independently, influence at executive and board level, align technical and operational stakeholders, and maintain pace, accountability and clear decision-making across a complex programme.
