Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Neighbourhood Services Manager to work with one of our Local Authorities clients in West Sussex. 

What the job will be doing

  • Lead, manage and provide support and guidance to the Neighbourhoods Team to ensure the effective and efficient management of all Neighbourhood Services
  • To take responsibility for ensuring service charge are managed within legislation
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate annual review of rents
  • To manage the Section 20 Consultation process where potential works or long- term agreements to be implemented meet the requirements of the S20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act as amended by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
  • To be responsible for managing and coordinating the Residential Services Neighbourhood Services Team
  • To maintain effective management systems and be responsible for complying with all of the Council’s policies, procedures, regulations and initiatives

What you will need

  • Strong Experience in managing a Neighbourhoods team 
  • Full knowledge of S20 and the Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
  • Experience in residential services
