Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Security and Lifts Contracts Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London.

What the job will be doing

  • Experience managing and reporting on maintenance budgets. 
  • Experience working with engineers
  • Experience as a people manager
  • Experience monitoring performance using KPI’s
  • Ability to drive results through contract management
  • Experience working in Social Housing with a varied housing stock portfolio
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Use of Microsoft packages
