Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Disposal Surveyor to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Hertfordshire.

What the job will be doing

• Provide over-arching effective project management ensuring coordination of resources, a multi-disciplinary team, programme management, identifying key dependencies; implementing of risk management strategies.
• Lead on the brief, procurement, appointment and management thereof of external expertise, consultancy support to include, commercial, legal, planning advice, engagement/communications, technical surveys as required.
• Undertake comprehensive stakeholders mapping and develop with Open Spaces team a communications plan and stakeholder management strategy.
• Negotiating head of terms for all agreements necessary to support disposals
