Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Development Project Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Horsham. This will be a 6-month temp position.

What the job will be doing

  • Take lead responsibility for the effective delivery of great homes, on time and within budget.
  • Ensure appropriate health and safety and other risks are managed by the project team, contractors and visitors to site.

  • Manage the project team, delegating where appropriate, ensuring the effective delivery of new schemes and project workload.
  • Drive delivery to meet or exceed targets for quality, time and cost and ensure deadlines for events triggering grant payments are met.
  • Liaise with the Development Manager about any project delays and cost implications
  • Maintain accurate scheme budgets and cash flows through effective liaison with finance team.

What you will need

  • Experienced in social housing
  • Proficient in using SDS Proval and Sequel
  • Over 5 years Development Project Management experience
